Crispy Shredded Chicken In Peking Sauce

here's the recipe from which I concocted my version

You Will Need (3 things)
- Hoisin Sauce
- 3 Scallions
- half pound Chicken Breast
Steps (12 steps, 30 minutes)

Marinate chicken for at least two hours in:
*1 tbsp Light soy sauce
*1 tbsp Cooking wine
*1 tbsp Cooking oil
*1 tbsp Corn flour
*1 tbsp Water
* salt to taste

In a bowl mix the sauce ingredients :
*1 tbsp Soy sauce
*2 tbsp Sweet bean paste or Hoisin sauce
*1 tsp Ginger. Grated.
*1 tbsp Cooking wine
*1 tbsp Sugar
*1 tspn paprika powder/cayenne pepper

Heat oil in a pan.

Add the marinated chicken to the pan

Cook on medium heat for about 10 -15 minutes.

Meanwhile chop the scallions : finely chop the white part. The green is for garnishing

Keep stirring the chicken once in a while so that it doesn't burn. Sear the chicken well till it is crispy.

Take it out of the pan and keep aside in a bowl.

Now add the sauce mixture to the pan and let it bubble on high heat for a minute.

Add the seared chicken.

Toss to coat well.

Garnish with the scallion greens that we saved earlier and serve.
