Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Generously spray a large baking sheet with canola spray. In a small bowl mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, dried parsley and salt. Place chicken in a large bowl then add 2 tsp of spice mixture to chicken. Make sure to coat both sides of the chicken.

  3. Place flour and remaining spice mixture on a large plate, and mix to combine. Place milk in a large bowl that’s big enough to dip the chicken in. Next coat both sides of the seasoned chicken in the flour, making sure to shake off the excess.

  4. Next, quickly dip the chicken in the milk, then dip it back into the flour. Shake off the excess flour then place on the baking sheet, skin side up.

  5. Repeat process with each piece of chicken. Make sure the pieces of chicken do not touch each other on the baking pan, this will cause the chicken to brown rather than steam. Next generously spray the chicken with the canola spray, then place into preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
