You Will Need (7 things)
- Salt
- good quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 can olive oil Tuna drained
- shaved, or slice, or shredded Carrot(s)
- Tomatoes wedges
- Bibb Lettuce or your favorite
- ground Black Pepper

Arrange or toss salad as desired. You can toss the olive oil with the lettuce or I like to drizzle it over the plate, then sprinkle a little bit of salt and ground black pepper. Serve alongside your favorite bread.
