You Will Need (7 things)

  • Salt
  • good quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 can olive oil Tuna drained
  • shaved, or slice, or shredded Carrot(s)
  • Tomatoes wedges
  • Bibb Lettuce or your favorite
  • ground Black Pepper

    Arrange or toss salad as desired. You can toss the olive oil with the lettuce or I like to drizzle it over the plate, then sprinkle a little bit of salt and ground black pepper. Serve alongside your favorite bread.
