Step 1Heat oven 175 degrees.
Cream butter & sugar together.

Step 2Add orange zest, juice, vanilla & egg.
Stir to combine.

Step 3Add flour, salt, baking powder & bicarb.
Stir til just combined.

Step 4Scoop heap table spoon full of the mixture.
Roll into balls.
Coat in icing sugar.

Step 5Place on a tray.
Bake for 10-14 mins
