This can be made with or without the alcohol in it. It is really creamy to drink.
This can be made with or without the alcohol in it. It is really creamy to drink.
Whisk together the egg yolks, sugar & salt until light & fluffy.
Add in the milk, cream, vanilla & nutmeg.
Whisk the egg whites until form soft peaks.
Fold the egg whites into the cream mixture.
Pour into a serving jug & refrigeratorate.
Serve with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
