Easy to make. Can be made in advance & heat up when needed.

You will need

Chicken portions 1/4 cup Flour 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Onion Powder 1 tsp Italian Herbs Salt Pepper Oil 3/4 cup Chicken Stock 1/4 tsp Cream Cheese Mushroom(s) 1/4 cup Heavy Cream 1 tsp Parsley

Easy to make. Can be made in advance & heat up when needed.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 200/400 degrees. Mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt & pepper. Coat chicken in mixture. Heat oil & cook chicken until golden brown. Remove to a dish.

2. 

   Add chicken stock to pan. Heat through. Add cream cheese. Melt through until combined

3. 

   Add mushrooms. Heat through.

4. 

   Add cream. Stir to combine.

5. 

   Add parsley. Stir through.

6. 

   Pour over the chicken. Place in the oven & bake for 40 mins until chicken is cooked through.

7. 

   Serve.
