You Will Need (21 things)

Chicken
- 2 Chicken Breast
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black Pepper

Pasta
- 300 g Pasta
- 250 ml Heavy Cream
- 250 ml Chicken Stock
- 100 g Mushroom(s)
- 50 g Parmigiano Reggiano
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tbsp Garlic Minced
- 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 2 Peppers Diced
- 1 Onion Diced
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Steps (11 steps, 40 minutes)

Place all chicken ingredients together to marinade for at least 1 hr.

Fry the chicken in a little oil.

Cook the pasta.

Fry the mushrooms, onion, peppers & garlic.

Add the Cajun seasoning.

Add the butter, stir until melted.

Add the stock & bring to a boil.

Add the cream, bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat.

Add chicken, parsley, cheese, salt & pepper.
Stir through.

Add pasta.
Stir to coat.
