take one yard of fabric
now cut three peices about 11 x 16 inches (for the base) 11 x 14 inches (large pocket) 11 x 5 inches (small pocket) hem all the edges
now cut two thin long peices to make a tie belt now arange all the pockets and sew them
so it looks like this
