    Step 1

Pick out your favorite fabric and cut a piece roughly 40 inches by 30 inches. Make this piece larger or smaller depending on the size of the things you want to put in it.

    Step 3

Take the folded edge and fold it again about 4 1/2 inches, to make another fold. Grab some of the crafts or brushes you want to put in it, and measure to make sure that the 4 1/2 inch pocket is long enough to hold them.

Then pin along the fold, making sure to only go through the first three layers, and not the last one.

    Step 5

Sew straight lines along the folded part down to the bottom of the three layers, without sewing the back layer. Make sure to leave spaces on both sides to fold and sew later. Sew lines of different widths to be able to hold different sized things.

Now, fold it in half again, matching the front and back layers, then start with one side and fold in about 1/2 inch, twice, and pin. And sew the side.
