  Step 1

  This is what I was starting with, I emptied each box one at a time and cut out a piece of sticky back plastic to size, the plastic I used had a nice handy grid on the back so this was easy

• 

  Step 2

  I then carefully trimmed with the scissors and the finger hole I used the craft knife.

• 

  Step 3

  I then repeated the process and covered the top.
