Instructions

  1. Small 10 1

    Gather Materials.

  2. Small 10 2

Line up both pieces of knit fishnet so that the ends on one side align.

  3. Small 10 3

Prepare stretch ribbon by squeezing the end into a point. The holes in the knit trim are large enough that you are able to weave the ribbon in by hand.

  4. Small 10 6

Choose a side to begin with, and start weaving stretch ribbon through the holes of the soon-to-be scarf.

  5. Small 10 7

Continue to weave until you hit the other side. Make sure that you leave about 2 inches of stretch trim to spare on the beginning side.

  6. Small 10 9

Tie a knot at the finishing end by looping stretch ribbon and pulling through.

  7. Small 10 12

Pull on both sides of the stretch ribbon so that the knitted trim scrunches together.

  8. Small 10 15

Loop the shorter side of the stretch ribbon around the end of your scarf and either sew it down with about 5 stitches or use craft glue to make it stay (We recommend doing both).

  9. Small 10 16

Cut the remaining piece of stretch ribbon so that there are no hanging pieces. Now cut excess knit fishnet as shown. This will keep your scarf from feeling clunky.

Turn scarf inside out, wrap it around your neck, and enjoy the coziness!
