Courgette & Chocolate Loaf
This is a moist & tasty loaf/cake.
It tastes like a chocolate muffin but better.
You could add icing to the top but it really doesn't need it.

Step 1Heat oven 350 degrees
Mix all dry ingredients together.

Step 2Mix oil, vanilla & sugars together.

Step 3Add eggs to sugar mixture.

Step 4Add banana & courgettes.
Stir through.

Step 5Mix together the dry ingredients & wet.
Stir lightly until just combined.

Step 6Add the chocolate chips.
Stir through.

Step 7Pour into a loaf tin.
Bake for 45-60 mins until cooked through.

Step 8Cool completely.

Step 9Cut & serve.
