I could never find someone who made a corset and tutu dress, so I decided to make one myself. I made it for my best friends 16th birthday party :) It actually took two weeks to make. It has 4 layers of tulle, 4 bones, and some jewels on the side to spice it up a bit :D If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me about them... I'll answer any.

You will need

1/2 Yard Of Dark Purple Fabric 1 Yard Of Black Fabric 1 Yard Of Soft But Thick White Fabric For The Underneath 8 Eyelets (Depends On Your Torso Height) Corset Bones Elastic (For The Top) Purple Silk Ribbon Around 15 To 20 Yards Of Purple And Black Tulle Each...
