Step 1Cook the onion in the oil slowly.

Step 2Add the potatoes & stock.
Simmer for 15 mins until the potatoes are tender.

Step 3Stir in 1/2 cup of milk, salt & pepper.

Step 4Add flour to the remaining milk & mix.

Step 5Add the corn to the soup.
stir through.

Step 6Add the flour mixture.
Stir to thicken.
