A quick & easy chowder.
You can easily double the recipe up.
Cook the onion in the oil slowly.
Add the potatoes & stock.
Simmer for 15 mins until the potatoes are tender.
Stir in 1/2 cup of milk, salt & pepper.
Add flour to the remaining milk & mix.
Add the corn to the soup.
Add the flour mixture.
Stir to thicken.
