Bake your own Copycat Red Lobster Biscuits

You Will Need (11 things)

  • 1 ¾ cup All Purpose Flour
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 1 cup sharp shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 ½ tbsp Baking Powder
  • 2 ½ tsp Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried Parsley
  • 3 tbsp unsalted Butter for Garlic Butter
  • 4 tbsp unsalted Butter
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable Shortening

Steps (4 steps, 20 minutes)

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

    Combine all ingredients (except for the cheddar cheese) in a food processor. Pulse until combined thoroughly.
    Add the cheddar cheese to the food processor and pulse until just combined.

    Drop balls of dough onto a baking sheet (2-3 inches apart) and bake for 15 minutes.

    Melt the 3 tablespoons of butter and stir in garlic and parsley. Brush over the fresh biscuits. ENJOY!
