Description

This is an extremely simple way to make a classy pair of earrings.. It doesn't take much time, it doesn't cost much... And it looks nice:D

Instructions

  1. Small 100 8887 1326040459

These are the Things you'll be Needing... Not much.. really.. 1. Scissors/ Pliers 2. Metal Wire (I've used Copper Wire.. 18 gauge) 3.Seed Beads

  2. Small 100 8894 1326040595

Cut some wire.. (I used approximately 30cm per earring), and twist it as shown in the picture. Make sure that one side of it is about 4cm in length.

  3. Small 100 8897 1326040679

Twist it again so that it is similar to what is in the picture.

  4. Small 100 8900 1326040713

Bead the wire.. I've used five beads... (the number of beads used really depends on how big you want the earring to be).

  5. Small 100 8901 1326040869

Make another loop after adding the beads.

  6. Small 100 8905 1326040965

Repeat Step 4. I've used 5 beads for each side. This helps in maintaining the size. All the sides would remain equal.

  7. Small 100 8906 1326041124

Cross the shorter side and the longer side of the wire.

  8. Small 100 8919 1326041211

Wind the longer side of the wire around the shorter side as seen in the following step.

  9. Small 100 8920 1326041441

You will now have three loops, as shown in the picture.

  10. Small 100 8923 1326041441

This is how it will look.

  11. Small 100 8925 1326041496

Cut off the excess in the longer side of the wire, and bend the the shorter side to create a loop for your earring... Its Half done:)

  12. Small 100 8930 1326041758

Now, cut a piece of wire that is about 2cm in length.. (you'll be needing three of these for each earring). Make a tiny Loop on one end.

  13. Small 100 8936 1326041797

You could also add a bead to it, just to make it look better.

  14. Small 100 8940 1326041840

Add more beads.. I've used 10 beads for each of them. You can use as many as you want, depending on the preferred length.

  15. Small 100 8944 1326042055

Insert the other end into one of the loops in the earring. Loop it as shown in the picture. Repeat steps 12, 13, 14 and 15, for the other two loops. You'll be done with one of the earrings. Repeat Steps 1 to 15 to get done with the other one.

  16. Small 100 8947 1326042181

Tadaa!! There you go!:D Copper Earrings!! Ready to wear! Hope you found this project helpful:) Have fun!!! All the best!
