Yummy!!!
If you don't have a double boiler, you can melt the chocolates in the microwave.

I have also used milk chocolate and Chips A Hoy cookies to make this :)

This recipe is unbelievably easy!

  • Step 1

    Using a double boiler, melt chocolate over low heat.

  • Step 2

    While waiting for the chocolate to melt, coarsly chop the cookies.

  • Step 3

    Fold cookies into the melted chocolate, and spread onto greased waxed paper. Chill until solid.
