If you don't have a double boiler, you can melt the chocolates in the microwave. I have also used milk chocolate and Chips A Hoy cookies to make this :) This recipe is unbelievably easy!

Using a double boiler, melt chocolate over low heat.
While waiting for the chocolate to melt, coarsly chop the cookies.
Fold cookies into the melted chocolate, and spread onto greased waxed paper. Chill until solid.
