You will need an ice cream machine to make this recipe. It is very easy to make.

You will need

2 Eggs 3/4 cup Sugar 1 cup Milk 2 cup Heavy Cream Vanilla 1 pkt Oreos

Description

You will need an ice cream machine to make this recipe. It is very easy to make.

Instructions

1. 

   Whisk eggs & sugar until light & fluffy.

2. 

   Add milk, cream & vanilla. Mix to combine.

3. 

   Pour into the ice cream machine. Churn for approx 1 hr.

4. 

   Crush the Oreos.

5. 

   Transfer the ice cream to a tub. Add 3/4 of the Oreos. Mix through.

6. 

   Add the remaining Oreos on top of the ice cream.

7. 

   Serve.
