You will need an ice cream machine to make this recipe. It is very nice. You can add more or less of the cookie dough to suit your taste.
You will need an ice cream machine to make this recipe. It is very nice. You can add more or less of the cookie dough to suit your taste.
Make ice cream... Whisk the eggs, vanilla & sugar together until light in colour.
Add the milk & cream & mix through.
Pour into the ice cream machine. Churn for approx 1 hr.
Make the cookie dough... Cream the butter & sugars together until light.
Add the vanilla & milk. Mix to combine.
Add 1/2 cup of flour & mix through. Add enough of the left over flour to make a dough.
Add the chocolate chips . Stir through.
Roll out the dough into lengths. Place in the fridge until needed.
When ice cream is ready, chop the cookie dough into small portions. Add to the ice cream & mix through.
Serve.
