Cookie Dough Ice Cream
You will need an ice cream machine to make this recipe.
It is very nice.
You can add more or less of the cookie dough to suit your taste.

Step 1Make ice cream...
Whisk the eggs, vanilla & sugar together until light in colour.

Step 2Add the milk & cream & mix through.

Step 3Pour into the ice cream machine.
Churn for approx 1 hr.

Step 4Make the cookie dough...
Cream the butter & sugars together until light.

Step 5Add the vanilla & milk.
Mix to combine.

Step 6Add 1/2 cup of flour & mix through.
Add enough of the left over flour to make a dough.

Step 7Add the chocolate chips .
Stir through.

Step 8Roll out the dough into lengths.
Place in the fridge until needed.

Step 9When ice cream is ready, chop the cookie dough into small portions.
Add to the ice cream & mix through.

Step 10Serve.
