Delicious no bake cheesecake. You can find a cookie dough recipe on my projects.
Delicious no bake cheesecake. You can find a cookie dough recipe on my projects.
Base... Combine the butter & digestives together. Press into a tin.
Cheesecake... Combine the cream cheese & icing sugar.
Add the chocolate. Mix in to combine.
Sprinkle chunks of cookie dough over the base.
Top with some of the cheesecake mixture. Continue to layer with cookie dough & cheesecake.
Top with more cookie dough. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hrs.
Cut & serve.
