Beetroot Fudge Cake! low calory too!
Made exactly how they describe on the show except my last finishing touches with the decoration... the girls suggested flowers (a brilliant tip I've used time and time again) but I didn't have time to pop to the shops so grabbed some strawberries in my fridge! YUM! (and less calories than a black forest/chocolate cake, perfection!) (see channel4.com for recipe)
