I make marshmallows each year for christmas, and last year I tried this and it came out quite well so I made them again for this year. I replaced the water from the recipe with espresso, and the outside it coated in a mix of Starbucks caramel ground coffee, cocoa powder, and icing sugar. I find it tastes a lot like the chocolate bar Coffee Crisp.
* Note of warning, with the coffee replacement the sugar really bubbles up so use a larger pot to cook the sugar.
