Coconut Rice has a nuttier flavour with extra coconut than regular coconut rice

Shake can vigorously before opening. Combine coconut milk, water, and salt in a heavy saucepan with a good lid. Stir until smooth.
Add rice, stir again. Put on medium-high heat and stir frequently until boiling. Cover and turn heat to medium, set timer for 15 minutes.
When timer goes off, gently stir in the peas, onions and coconut, cover and cook another 3 minutes.
