Don't just season your stir fry, add some flavor to your rice. Sweeten up plain rice with coconut water. Coconut rice stir fry adds a new meaning yum!

You Will Need (15 things)

  • Shredded Coconut
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Graded Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • head Broccoli
  • 1 small Onion sliced
  • 1 large Zucchini
  • 2 medium Beef steaks
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 cup Basmati Rice
  • 4 cup Cocnut Water

Steps (3 steps, 20 minutes)

    In a large sauce pan combine rice, coconut water and oil. Bring to a boil. Continue to boil until water line is just below rice. Cover and cook over medium low heat for 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, in a large pan fry sliced beef in oil until cooked through. Add remaining ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender.

    Serve on rice, if desired sprinkle with shredded coconut.
