This is light & tasty dessert.

It can be served with a fruity sauce but is nice without.

You Will Need (6 things)

  • 1/4 cup Water + 3-4 tsp
  • 2 tsp Gelatine
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

Steps (5 steps, 15 minutes)

    Pour the water into a bowl.

    Pour the gelatine over & let sit for 2 mins.

    Oil the serving bowls.

    In a pan heat coconut milk, cream, sugar & salt.

    Gently heat, do not boil.

    Add the gelatine mixture.

    Stir until dissolved.

    Pour the mixture between serving dishes & allow to cool.

    Place in the fridge for atleast 12 hours.

    Serve.
