My family eat these at a Christmas Fayre/Market and loved them so I thought I'd give them a go & they came out perfect. Better than the fayre one's.

You will need

1 tbsp Plain Flour 2 drop Almond Extract 1 Egg White 1 cup Sugar 1 cup Coconut

Instructions

1. 

   Pre-heat oven Gas 3. Mix Coconut, sugar & flour together. Mix in almond extract & egg white. Stir until all ingredients are combined.

2. 

   Scoop heaps of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet. Place in the oven for 18-20 mins.

3. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for a few moments. These macaroons are delicious eaten hot or cold.
