Coconut Ice
This is easy to make.
It tastes really moorish & is very addictive.
You can colour the mixture any colour you like or simply leave it plain.

Step 1Mix the condensed milk & icing sugar together.

Step 2Add the coconut & mix through.

Step 3Split the mixture in half.
Mix one half of the mixture with the food colouring.

Step 4Press the uncoloured mixture into a tin.

Step 5Press the coloured mixture on top.

Step 6Cut into cubes.
Allow to set for a few hours before eating.
