Coconut, Goji & Pomegranate Overnight Oats

Coconut & vanilla overnight oats with pomegranate, chia seeds and goji berries!

You Will Need (7 things)

  • 50 g Oats
  • 50 g Desiccated Coconut
  • 25 g Chia Seeds
  • 25 g Goji Berries
  • Half a Pomegranate
  • 200 ml Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Steps (4 steps, 10 minutes)

    Add the oats, coconut, chia seeds and goji berries to a bowl.

    Bash in the seeds from the pomegranate.

  3. 3

    Mix in the almond milk and vanilla.

  4. 4

    Scoop into two jars and chill overnight.
