Moist, sweet & tasty bars.
Heat oven 175 degrees.
Cream butter & sugar together.
Mix in flour.
Press into a tray. Prick with a fork.
Bake for 15 mins.
Reduce oven 160 degrees.
Combine all filling ingredients together.
Pour filling over base.
Sprinkle with topping coconut.
Bake for 20-25 mins until golden around the edge.
Allow to cool.
Cut & serve.
