Coconut and Turmeric Rice
Super easy and yummy side dish.

    1. Open a can of coconut milk and place milk into a saucepan
    2. Add nutritional yeast, turmeric, pink sea salt, and black pepper to coconut milk
    3. Bring coconut milk to a boil in a saucepan and then add brown basmati rice
    4. Once boiling happens again with brown basmati rice, then reduce heat
    5. Cover and cook for 40 minutes
    6. Check at 30 minutes to stir and make sure that rice does not burn
    7. Might need to add 1/4 cup of water if no liquid remains after 30 minutes
    8. At 40 minutes- turn off the heat, remove the cover, and serve
