Coconut & Raspberry Tarts
Great individual treat.
You can use any flavour jam you like.
Heat oven 190/375 degrees.
Line tins with pastry.
Add eggs, vanilla, sugar, coconut & butter.
Place a spoon of jam in the bottom of the tart.
3/4 fill the case with the coconut mixture.
Bake for 20-25 mins until golden.
Allow to cool.
