You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 200 degrees.
Line tin with pastry.
Blind bake for 15 mins.
Remove beans & cook til done.
Remove from the oven & cool.

Step 2Heat milk in a pan.
Pour over chocolate & allow to sit for a minute.
Stir to combine & smooth.
Add vanilla.
Stir through.

Step 3Pour into pastry case.
Allow to set for 1 hr.

Step 4Add the coconut to the top.

Step 5Cut & serve.
