• Step 1

  Select a Cocoa Powder or a Cocoa Drink Powder

• Step 2

  Put Petroleum Jelly or Vaseline in a small bowl

• Step 3

  Place the bowl in the microwave

• Step 4

  Microwave the petroleum jelly until melted normaly takes around 5-6 minutes

• Step 5

  Add cocoa to melted petroleum jelly

• Step 6

  Stir and microwave for 20 more seconds

• Step 7

  place into empty lip balm container and let it set

I tried that but I didn't microwave it so in a day it inflated!!!!!!!!
