Cocoa Butter Seasonings BBQ Baby Back Ribs
Take one rack of Baby Back Ribs per person and simmer for 1 and half hours in a solution of good apple cider and water , 50/50.
After poaching the ribs remove and pat dry with paper towel. Take 1 table spoon of Cocoa Amore's Cocoa Butter BBQ Rub and massage ribs completely.
Leave ribs in fridge for 24 hours so flavours can permeate. Put ribs on a low to medium heat BBQ and allow to char and heat through. After 15 minutes remove and serve.
