for Halloween (my birthday!) I used blue and black liquid eyeliner to draw a cobweb in the corner of my eyes as shown in the picture. easy to do with a steady hand ...i don't recommend touching up mid way through the night after a few too many adult drinks :)

use liquid eyeliner, apply the bright color before applying the black and draw your design!
