Clotted Cream Fudge
This is rich, creamy, tasty fudge.

It is very nice & pretty simple to make.

You will need a thermometer.

    Put all ingredients in a pot.

    Gently heat until sugar has melted.

    Add thermometer, bring mixture up to 115 degrees.

    Pour mixture into a bowl.

    Set aside to cool for a little.

    Stir the cooled mixture until it loses its shine.

    Pour into the tin.

    Let it set for a few mins.

    Allow to cool completely.
