Based on Circle Skirt From An Old Sheet by
Well it really is a pain to take a picture for a skirt while you're wearing it... but!

The skirt did turn out great! I had bought the skirt several months ago, intending to make it for summer, for an amazing 3 dollars.

But I never got the sewing machine part I needed until just a few days ago. So the other night I got to work, and I have a brand new skirt now! I'm quite proud of the fact that it was my first clothing sewing on the sewing machine!

I did mess up the waist band the first time, forgot to turn the skirt right side out when I went to sew it on, so half way through I had to rip out the seem, but it still turned out good.

It does look like the original tutorial is mia. But here is another one, that I'd used before. Pretty good step by step

This is beautiful. For some reason I can't access the original project. Is it possible for anyone to send it to me?

Awe! It looks great! I love that pattern too! Isn't it the most amazing feeling to tun a square piece of material into something that you wear! And then be able to tell people you made it with your own hands!

I'm so glad it worked out for you!
