About

This is a baked cheesecake.

It has the twist of tasting like delicious cinnamon buns.

It is best made the day before you need it & left in the fridge.

You Will Need (24 things)

  • Crust

  • 3/4 cup Biscuit crumbs Approx 10 biscuits
  • 6 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 7 1/2 tbsp Butter Melted
  • Cinnamon filling

  • 2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 12 tbsp Butter Melted
  • Cheesecake

  • 24 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • Icing

  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup Icing Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Milk

Steps (12 steps, 120 minutes)

    Crust...

    Heat oven 325/160 degrees.

    Wrap the outside of the tin with foil.

    Mix all crust ingredients together.

    Press into a tin.

    Bake for 10 mins.

    Leave to cool.

    Reduce the temp to 300/150 degrees.

    Cheesecake...

    Mix together the cream cheese, sugar & flour

    Add eggs one at a time.

    Add the cinnamon, vanilla & sour cream.

    Set aside.

    Cinnamon filling...

    Mix together sugar, cinnamon & flour.

    Add the melted butter.

    Mix together.

    Place 1/4 of the cinnamon mixture into the base of the crust.

    Add 1/3 of the cheesecake on top.

    Continue layering til all the mixtures are used up.

    Bake in a ban Marie for 1 hour 20 mins.

    Turn off oven & leave in the oven for 30 mins.

    Crack open the door & leave for another 30 mins.

    Cool completely.

    Icing...

    Combine cream cheese & butter together.

    Add icing sugar & vanilla.

    Add enough milk to make the icing spreadable.

    Spread icing on top of cooled cake.
