Quick & easy to make.
These are delicious first thing in the morning with a nice cuppa.
Heat oven 190 degrees.
Roll out the pastry to a square/rectangle.
Mix the butter, cinnamon & sugar together to make a paste.
Spread butter mixture over the pastry in an even layer.
Roll one side of the pastry toward the middle, then roll the other side toward the middle.
Use a little milk to stick both rolls together.
Cut into 1/2 inch thick Palmiers.
Spread out on a tray.
Brush the top with milk then sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for approx 15 mins until golden & cooked.
Allow to cool before serving.
