We love cinnamon and raisin bagels but they're never spicy or raisiny enough, so we decided to make our own stuffed full of spice, nuts and fruit.

You Will Need (8 things)

  • Nuts , dried fruit and oats
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 7 g Yeast
  • 400 ml warm Water
  • Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 400 g Wholewheat Flour

Steps (7 steps, 30 minutes)

  1. 1

Pour the flour, yeast, cinnamon, salt and brown sugar in to your bread maker and set on the dough setting, so that it's left to knead and rise for an hour or so.

  2. 2

Mix in all the fruit, nuts and seeds you'd like.

  3. 3

Shape the dough in to ten even balls.

  4. 4

Use the end of a wooden spoon to make a hole in the center of your dough balls and shape in to bagels.

  5. 5

Bring a pan of water to the boil with a few tablespoons of sugar and boil each of the bagels for a couple of minutes until they puff up.

  6. 6

Top with some oats and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 210'C.

  7. 7

To serve, cut in half, toast and spread with butter. Yum!
