Cinnamon Breakfast Biscuits
These are cinnamon Scones.
They taste great with butter whilst still hot.
Heat oven 220 degrees.
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg.
Rub in the butter until crumbs.
Add vanilla & sour cream.
Add chocolate chips & milk.
Make into a dough.
It will be quite sticky.
Flour the work surface.
Gently flatten out the dough & cut biscuits.
Place on a tray & bake for 12-15 mins.
Serve warm with butter.
