I whipped up a cilantro-lime hummus, and I can’t believe how good it is. It doesn’t contain any tahini, so it has a super light flavor and texture.

You Will Need (6 things)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 handful Cilantro
- 1 clove Garlic
- Juice of 2 Lime
- 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 ½ cup cooked Chickpeas
Steps (1 step, 20 minutes)

Process all ingredients in a food processor until super smooth. Serve with tortilla chips or baked pita chips.
