No-sew super fluffy tutu in red, green and white. Ties in back with ribbon. I make and sell these in my online store. Please see my profile for the store website and other information.
First you'll need a piece of ribbon for your waistband. How long it is depends on your waist, and how long you want the ribbon strings to hang down. Tie the ribbon around your waist and make a very SMALL mark on each piece of the ribbon where it comes together to tie. This will let you know where to stop with the tulle.
Cut several strips of tulle about 16 inches long, 2 inches wide. Fold each strip in half. Loop it around your ribbon and pull through the loop, creating a knot. To make it super fluffy, use 2 or 3 strips of tulle at a time. Repeat until you reach your marks. Then, put it on and enjoy. I make and sell these in my store.
