Cut three of each cookie size and bake according to instructions. Prepare icing with one egg white and 2 cups of icing (powdered) sugar. It should be a thick paste. If it doesn't form Peake when you lift the spoon, add sugar, if it forms a solid ball, add a little water or lemon juice. Decorate cookies as desired, then add a dollop of icing in the middle of a large cookie, and place another large cookie on top, offset. Continue like this until the last cookie. Put a large dollop of icing on top and stand the cookie in it, this is the star on top of the tree. To package, cut a circle from cardboard 1cm larger all around than the top of your cup. The 1cm will be the border. Cut slits all around the border. Poke a hole in the bottom of the cup and thread a knotted loop of ribbon through, this is the hanger. Put the cookie tree on the cardboard, place the cup upside down over the tree, fold the cardboard tabs you cut over the cup, and tape down. You will probably need lots of tape. If you don't use enough tape the cardboard bottom will fall off and your tree will be ruined.
