Step 1Heat oven 200 degrees
Rub the butter into the flour & salt until fine breadcrumbs.

Step 2Add the milk & bring to a dough.

Step 3Roll out.

Step 4Spread the mincemeat out onto the pastry.

Step 5Roll up into a sausage.

Step 6Cut into portions.
Place into tin.
Place into oven for approximately 15-20 mins.

Step 7Remove from the oven & cool completely

Step 8Mix up the icing.
Pour the icing over.

Step 9Serve
