Naughty themed secret santa gift.
Cut 2 circles from the card
cut a slit in both to the centre
measure how far you want to over lap to create a cone
hot glue in this area
over lap and smooth the hot glue down
add hot glue around the edge of the cone, smooth fabric over cone and press down onto the hot glue. Trim away excess
using hot glue attach sequins in a spiral pattern leaving no space showing
continue till covered
paint the inside ( note: the sequins just cover the cardboard edge so they are neat from the front
Grab your tassels ( or make some with embroidery floss)
Thread the tail through a large needle
stab a hole in the point of the cone. and pull tassel tail through
like so
tie a knot in the back and trim
it should look like this at the front, not too tight so that the tassels sit down flat
cover the knot/point with hot glue and using a small circle of the fabric cover the hot glue and press down flat to smooth out. ( no body wants a scratchy boob) I've then painted over the circle to match the back of the card
Add some double sided tape or Hollywood tape to the under side and your are ready to go.
