Exterminate!
Being the geek that I am, I decided to make some festive Dalek cookies. I was aiming for traditional red and green, but for some reason they turned pink. Instead of the usual chocolate chip decorations, I used silver balls, though they were quite hard to stick on because you have to push them into place as soon as the biscuits came out of the oven and are still warm and squishy! Perhaps next time I’ll roll the dough out a bit thicker because then they’ll be less likely to change shape when being transferred from the board to the baking tray. Then again, having abnormal shaped Daleks gives you an excuse to eat them as soon as they’ve been cooked – no one has to know! ;)

There is indeed a magical Dalek cookie cutter! Happy It came from this baking set: http://www.cookiecuttersearch.com/img/GreensDalek.jpg , but I know that some people have made their own.

They have edible ball bearings and everything! Happy
Did you cut them out freehand, or is there a wonderful magical Dalek cookie cutter?
