Place you wrapper on the diagonal to form a diamond shape. Place your lollipop stick on the wrapper about half way up and place the chocolate piece in the center of the won ton wrapper. Paint the egg wash around the edge of the won ton.
Fold over the top to form a triangle. Then fold the sides forward again to bring the corners down.
Fold back the two sides( like wrapping a box) and pinch at the stick to secure it.
Heat the oil up to 375 Degrees F and submerge the pops in the oil for 30 seconds to one minute to cook.
I also made some with out stick... I folded them a few different ways and just played with my food. 'Cause, you know, I'm the Mom and I'm allowed to play with my food! Now, go play with your food and ENJOY!
